In this role, you will: Lead complex initiatives for new products or enhancements Conduct market research and market results-oriented analysis for major products and services Review and analyze complex major product lines and services Implement change delivery solutions for the portfolio's technology process work of low to moderate complexity Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations of global market dynamics, trends, and regulatory impact Oversee risk management to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives Collaborate and consult with managers, stakeholders, scrum masters, project managers, and delivery team to resolve issues and achieve project goals Lead projects, teams, or serve as a mentor to less experienced staff Discovery of Feature: Define and document All applicable Use cases for Business Cards and lines Discovery of Feature : Define and document Business Rules for Consumer and Business Cards Identify gaps in existing APIs and translate into business friendly language Identify External Dependencies Partner with team in understanding the current state/Spike stories etc. Required Qualifications: 5 years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Ability to define and document All applicable Use cases for Business Cards and lines Ability to define and document Business Rules for Consumer and Business Cards Abilit to identify gaps in existing APIs and translate into business friendly language Agile Product Owner experience in Scrum and scaled agile environments Experience delivering software products using agile principles, including planning and estimating and with a continuous improvement mindset Knowledge and understanding of product management in the financial services industry Ability to evaluate risks and the impact of decisions on an overall organization Strong relationship management skills Leadership skills including the ability to influence effectively in a matrix environment Facilitation skills, including ability to facilitate decision-making and broker agreements amongst diverse, differing, and/or conflicting perspectives/priorities Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment Experience working geographically dispersed teams Experience working with scrum teams- prioritization and capacity planning Job Expectations: Ability to travel up to 10% of the time Ability to work on-site at one of the posted work locations Posting Location: Charlotte, North Carolina Dallas, Texas Wilmington, Delaware Phoenix, Arizona West Des Moines, Iowa Posting End Date: 25 Feb 2024 *Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.
